I am having trouble accessing PDFs but I am logged in. How can I fix this?

Follow the four steps here to address this problem.
- Clear your browser cache
- Click on "Log Out" in the upper right-hand corner of the page
- Close your browser and wait a minute or two
- Reopen your browser and navigate to the JACC page, where you can click on "LOGIN" in the top right-hand corner. Login and proceed.

How do I sign-up for an electronic Table of Contents alert (eTOC)?

The electronic table of contents (eTOC) service allows anyone who registers on to set up email notification when new content publishes online. You may choose to receive eTOC alerts for any or all of the JACC family of journals. Subscribe to new content alerts or update your alert preferences (for existing subscribers). This is a free service -- Sign up now!

Why does signing-on work differently?

You will be able to sign-on using your account. If you don’t remember your account and password you can link to "forgot password" or email or call the member center. After you have signed-on to the JACC sites once, the site will usually be able to recognize you when you revisit so you won’t need to sign-in every time.

What if I don’t have an account?

You don’t need to be a subscriber to to get an account. You can create a free account that will allow you to sign-up to receive weekly JACC alerts (eTOCS) for the table of contents and for articles in press.
